On va parler des sorties de 2021...oui, oui on change d'année.
Personnellement, je ne réalise pas encore mais ça viendra ^^

Quoi qu'il en soit, l'année 2021 comment plutôt bien. Et je suis quasi sûre que ça ne va pas s'arrêter là ;)

Je suis assez friande récits mettant en scène la mythologie grecque. Toutefois, je n'avais pas spécialement retenu ce titre. Mais, une certaine box devrait m'amener ce roman alors je tenterai l'expérience. Cette vision moderne de la mythologie pourrait me surprendre ^^

La curiosité et la mention de fantasy épique m'ont finalement convaincue de mettre en avant ce titre. Cela fait un moment que je n'ai pas été totalement transportée par un récit en fantasy. Peut-être ce titre sera-t-il le bon ? ;)

Quelle surprise de voir ce titre !! Je dois encore lire le tome 2 de cette série. Je suis contente de voir que la suite arrive très bientôt. Je pourrai alors poursuivre ma lecture rapidement. Ce récit mêle voyage initiatique, romance et magie... si vous aimez la fantasy YA, je vous recommande chaudement cette série.

Le résumé a ce petite quelque chose qui me plaît beaucoup. On m'annonce de la magie, très certainement de la romance et...un "jeu" entre nos protagonistes qui dissimulent leur vraie identité. Cela colle parfaitement avec ce que j'aime !!

Je mise tout sur cette série. Je possède les 2 premiers tomes mais je ne les ai pas encore lus. Celui-ci est-il précommandé ? Tout à fait. Voilà pourquoi je dis que je mise tout sur cette série. J'espère la lire cette année...et qu'elle sera à la hauteur de ce que j'en ai entendu ^^

Je garde un bon souvenir du premier tome. Je ne fais pas de cette suite une priorité. Cela dit, l'imaginaire très coloré et riche d'une culture dont j'ignore tout m'ont bien plu alors je garde en tête la possibilité de lire ce titre pour un joli moment d'évasion.

On poursuit les aventures de la nouvelle génération avec ce troisième tome. Je ne suis pas à jour (pour changer :P) mais je garde toujours un oeil sur ces sorties qui permettent de souffler un peu entre deux lectures ;)

Rebecca Kean#7 : Akhmaléone

" Je suis d'une nature profondément optimiste, la preuve : ma meilleure amie s'apprête à donner naissance à "Damien, le fils du diable" ? Je me dis pas grave, tant qu'il naît sans cornes et sans odeur de soufre, on devrait pouvoir gérer. Mon petit ami me ment depuis des années ? Pas de problème, je décide de retourner chez moi et de m'y construire une vie meilleure... Bref, je reste positive. Du moins, c'était le cas jusqu'à maintenant. Parce que, pour la première fois de ma vie, j'ai beau chercher, je ne vois vraiment pas comment je vais pouvoir m'en tirer. "

Une série de fantasy urbaine (ou bit-lit) sympathique mais que j'ai un peu lâché, je l'avoue. Après des soucis liés à la Covid-19, ce septième tome débarque enfin. Encore une fois, ce n'est pas une priorité mais je dis "pourquoi pas" ^^  Et vous, pressés de retrouver la célèbre sorcière de guerre ?

Shaybe Davies#1 : Moi, rousse et fauchée, Jackie May

Nora Jacobs ne détient que la moitié de l'histoire...

Métamorphe renarde, Shayne Davies a bien du mal à se faire respecter dans un monde occulte dominé par des créatures bien plus puissantes et effrayantes qu'elle : loups-garous, vampires, sorciers, démons et faes. Même à la maison, on ne voit en elle que la sale gosse de la meute. Shayne n'a qu'une envie : prouver qu'elle est de taille à jouer dans la cour des grands. Aussi ne cesse-t-elle de tanner Nick Sublime afin d'obtenir un poste à l'Agence Fédérale de l'Occulte. Sublime s'y oppose catégoriquement, mais il ne faut jamais dire jamais. Lorsque de mystérieux criminels occultes volent un stock de matériaux explosifs, l'Agence hérite d'une sombre affaire dont personne ne veut. Non seulement les principaux suspects sont des démons, mais voilà que le FBI leur colle un agent dans les pattes pour chapeauter l'enquête. Et, comme si ça ne suffisait pas, un maître vampire connu pour sa récalcitrance détient ce qui pourrait bien être la clé de l'affaire : un séduisant inspecteur de police humain.

Cette histoire est un désastre garanti.

Parution le 20 janvier

Un spin-off de la série Nora Jacobs débarque aux éditions Milady. La série principale ne m'a pas laissée un souvenir impérissable donc je ne sais pas vraiment quoi penser de cette nouvelle intrigue dans le même univers. La curiosité me pousse parfois à tenter des séries alors...on ne sait jamais ;)

Et voilà pour le premier mois de 2021.
Je trouve qu'on commence bien. J'ai hâte de découvrir ce que réserve la suite !!
